Principles for the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“the Regulation”)

in order to use the services of our pension BAĎO – BAĎO, s.r.o., Tatranská 188/52, Stará Lesná 05952, Slovak Republic, ID No.: 36472662, VAT No.: SK2020021784 we need your personal data. The security of your data and its processing in a lawful manner is of paramount importance to us and we therefore inform you about the basic principles of processing your personal data. In accordance with Art. 5 of the Regulation has ensured the protection of the processing of your personal data in accordance with the following basic principles of personal data processing.
Personal data must be:
(a) processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject (‘lawfulness, fairness and transparency’);
(b) obtained for specifically identified, explicitly stated and legitimate purposes and may not be further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes; further processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes shall be prohibited in accordance with Article 89(1)(b). 1 shall not be considered incompatible with the original purposes (‘purpose limitation’);
(c) proportionate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed (‘data minimisation’);
(d) correct and, where necessary, up-to-date; all necessary measures must be taken to ensure that personal data which are incorrect in relation to the purposes for which they are processed are erased or rectified without delay (‘correctness’);
(e) kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; personal data may be kept longer if they are to be processed solely for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes in accordance with Article 89(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No […]. 1, provided that appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken as required by this Regulation to protect the rights and freedoms of data subjects (‘minimisation of retention’);
(f) processed in a way that ensures adequate security of the personal data, including protection – 2 – against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, by means of appropriate technical or organisational measures (”
➢ The operator strives to provide the highest possible quality of service to its customers. In order to provide such services, the operator has both legal and contractual obligations, which entails the operator’s obligation to process your personal data in the following scope: name, surname, date of birth, ID card number. In order to be able to send you information about possible ongoing or planned events, events, as well as the possibility of using advantageous services offered by our guesthouse, we process your personal data based on your consent in the following scope: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address.
➢ The controller processes your personal data for marketing purposes, with the aim of customer care. We only process your personal data for this purpose if you give us your consent to do so. The controller also processes your personal data for the purposes of contractual performance of obligations, legal performance of obligations and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller to ensure the protection of the person (customers) and their property as well as the property of the controller. For this purpose, the Controller processes your personal data to the extent of image recording, which is provided by the camera system that senses the common areas of the BAĎO guesthouse.
➢ The controller informs the data subjects that you can give your consent to the processing of personal data by signing the consent to the processing of personal data given in accordance with Art. 7 of the Regulation, which is located in written form at the reception of the guesthouse BAĎO.
➢ If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal, by informing the controller at the following email address.
➢ With your consent, we provide your personal data in accordance with the legal obligation of the Data Controller to the authorized bodies on the basis of special regulations.
➢ We store your personal data for marketing purposes for a period of 5 years, for the purposes of fulfilling contractual obligations for a period of 5 years, for the purposes of fulfilling the legal obligation to archive accounting documents for a period of 10 years, for the purposes of fulfilling other legal obligations for a period of 10 years, and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller for a period of 3 – 5 days.
➢ The controller processes your personal data in paper form as well as in electronic form. In order to comply with the legal obligations of the Data Controller to provide your personal data to the competent authorities on the basis of special regulations, the Data Controller ensures that such data is provided securely, without the possibility of its misuse.
