What is the easiest way to book a room with you?

Call us at 00421 903714695, write an email to info@penzionbado.sk or fill out the reservation form on the website. After sending your request, we will send you a response with the conditions necessary for accepting your reservation. As soon as you send us the deposit, we will book your room for you and prepare everything for your arrival.

How is the payment?

After your booking is confirmed, you must pay a deposit of 20% of the total price within 3 days, otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled. You will receive instructions by email. The balance can be paid directly in our accommodation facilityin cash upon arrival or in advance by transfer to an account no later than 3 days before arrival. The guesthouse does not have a payment terminal, card payment is not possible. Guests who come to us through travel agencies are subject to the business and payment terms of the given travel agencies.

When is check-in?

Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. "LATE CHECK-IN" - late arrival is possible no later than 11:00 PM and is charged EUR 20.

Do you have wifi on the premises?

Yes, WIFI with optical internet is available throughout the complex. It covers 99% of all rooms and areas of the complex. The internet is free for our guests.

Is it possible to charge an electric bicycle or electric car at your place?

Yes, our accommodation has two electric charging stations. You can charge your electric bikes directly with your chargers in the ski room.

Is it possible to purchase a ski pass directly at your guesthouse?

Yes, that is possible. You can purchase a ski pass directly from us at the reception at a discounted price. You pay for your ski pass directly at the reception and you don't have to wait in long lines at the cash desk.
